  • Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?
    Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order until it reaches its destination. If you order multiple items in a single order, they may ship from different locations depending on stock availability. We do this to make sure you receive your full order as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes vary by location: Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days Standard shipping: 2 to 8 business days (free for all orders over $50)
  • Q2. Can I change my shipping address?
    Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at madisonusa.info@madisonusashop.com as soon as possible with your new shipping details, and we’ll update it for you. If your order has already shipped, don’t worry! You may be able to redirect it via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note: We cannot retrieve orders that have already been delivered to an incorrect address. Always double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered.
    While our courier partners aim to deliver within 2-8 business days, delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking number shows a "delayed" delivery date, this means it’s taking longer than expected. If your order hasn’t been delivered within 20 days, please contact us at madisonusa.info@madisonusashop.com, and we’ll launch an investigation with the courier. Please note: Investigation timelines may vary depending on the courier, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Q4. What is your return policy?
    We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. However, not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. To qualify for a return: Items must be initiated for return and shipped within 30 days of delivery. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty. Items must be in their original packaging and in "as new" condition, including swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and specialty packaging. A photo of the item must be provided before shipping to assess its condition. Please note: If you return an item from a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The kept items will default to their current sale price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. To start a return, email madisonusa.info@madisonusashop.com.
